Start your Christmas shopping early…It’s SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR time!

Stuff their stockings with books!!

St. Matthew’s will soon be hosting another Scholastic Book Fair in the school library.  On November 1st and 2nd, the book fair will be open from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm and after school from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm.  On Friday, Nov. 3rd, the book fair will be open all day, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to allow parents and children to stop by before or after their 3-Way Conferences.

Your support of past book fairs has allowed the school to purchase teaching resources and books for each classroom, as well as a shared collection of math and science materials.  We thank you for your continued support, and hope to see you at the book fair!

Non-Uniform Day - Orange and Black

On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 we will have our next Non-Uniform Day; our theme:  Orange and Black.  Please wear these colours and bring a loonie or toonie for Female Cancer Research.

Please note that our next dress up day in October will occur on October 31st - it is our SAINT DRESS UP DAY.  Students are encouraged to dress as their favourite saint or to create and wear a symbol of their favourite saint (for example, St. Patrick is known for the shamrock - students could create their own shamrock and pin it onto their uniform).
