Dear St. Matthew’s Elementary School Families,
Thank you very much for your generosity during our food drive back in January!  I received a message from one of the directors of the St. Matthew’s St. Vincent de Paul Society.  They were able to provide 4 hampers to needy people in our community!  Well done SMES!
Sincerely in Christ,
Miss Welsh

NEWS FOR THE WEEK

PANCAKE BREAKFAST IS BACK (with a slight modification)!

On Sunday, February 27, 2022 our school will be hosting its first pancake breakfast in over 2 years! The breakfast will be packaged up in to-go boxes and will be served alongside an art display from our kids.

Tickets are only $7 and they include scrambled eggs, 2 sausages and 2 pancakes, all the fixings and a cup of coffee (for the adults).

All proceeds go right back to our school and continued opportunities for our children.

Breakfast boxes will be served after the 8:30 am and 10:30 am Masses. If you would like tickets, a form has gone out with all eldest children this week.

Alternatively,  tickets can be purchased until Thursday, February 24 directly from the Parish website at www.saintmatthews.ca/pancakes.

We hope to see many of our families come through!
