Friday Update: January 6, 2023

Dear St. Matthew’s Elementary School Families,

We have come to the end of a short week to ring in the New Year!  Both staff and students have quickly adjusted back to the rhythm and routine of school life.

Next week things will be VERY busy as Holy Cross High School will be hosting the “Catholics” – a basketball tournament that will run from Wednesday through Friday of next week; please keep that in mind as you drop off and pick up your children next week.

Sincerely in Christ,

Ms. Welsh

NEWS FOR THE WEEK

PARKING REMINDERS

As mentioned in my opening paragraph the parking lot will be especially busy next week due to the Holy Cross basketball tournament (“The Catholics”).  I would also like to remind families of the following regarding parking:

*  Please do not park next to or in front of the garbage bins near the Holy Cross cafeteria.  Parking there leads to a blockage of traffic and much frustration

*  Please be sure to communicate this message to all caregivers that drop off and pick up your children as in many instances families say they are not aware of the rules

Thank you for your on-going patience!

LOOKING AHEAD…
