Dear St. Matthew’s Elementary School Families,

This week we reveled in the joy of the Easter season! It was wonderful to hear the students sing, “Alleluia” at Mass this morning as we remember once again the momentous grace God has bestowed on us with the resurrection of his son, Jesus!

We are now in the full swing of our track season and so I know that for many families you will be extra busy with the dropping off and picking up your children for practices and tournaments. Thank you for supporting your children in all their extracurricular activities both at school and outside the home!

Lastly, our WALKATHON PLEDGE DRIVE BEGINS TODAY! Today your child will bring home a few sheets that give more details about the Walkathon. This is our major fundraiser of the year and we hope all families will dive into the spirit of fundraising. Don’t forget that donating is easier than ever with our new online platform! Tax receipt are issued immediately! Please see the video under the Ongoing Reminders section for more details! And please be on the look out for a special “All About our Walkathon” email that will be sent later on today. Thank you for your support!

PANCAKE BREAKFAST FORMS DUE MONDAY!

Pancake Breakfast forms were handed out last week and are due by 3:00 pm on Monday, April 17, 2023. Tickets for families that ordered will be sent home later on next week. A great pancake meal will be served after the 8:30 am and 10:30 am Masses. All proceeds go towards school upgrades.
